Supplying all your hoist inspection needs.

Safety and professionalism included.

Who We Are

  • Rooted in humble beginnings and a grit-first work ethic, we built this company on the foundation of honorable work and uncompromising safety. We operate with a simple, high-stakes mindset: in this industry, you are only as good as your last job. Whether it's certifying a high-rise buck hoist or inspecting a 500-ton mobile crane, we approach every project with the same level of intensity and precision that started it all. We don't just check boxes; we protect the people moving the skyline.

  • Our Values

We don’t believe in fluff—just the standards that keep a job site running and a crew safe. Our values are the "torque specs" of our business:

    • Integrity Under Tension We do the right thing even when no one is watching and the schedule is tight. Our signatures represent a guarantee of safety that we never compromise.

    • Technical Precision In our world, "close enough" is a failure. We obsess over the details—from bolt torque to limit switch calibration—ensuring every machine operates exactly as engineered.

    • Total Accountability We own our work. We show up on time, provide transparent reporting, and stand behind every inspection. If our name is on the report, the job is done right.

    • Relentless Improvement The equipment evolves, and so do we. We stay at the forefront of OSHA and ASME standards to ensure we are always providing the most current and competent oversight in the industry.

  • We didn’t start in a boardroom; we started in the dirt. This company was forged from long shifts, heavy steel, and the realization that the industry was settling for "good enough." We weren't okay with that. We traded comfort for the grind, building a reputation one inspection at a time.

What began as a small operation fueled by caffeine and a relentless work ethic has evolved into a specialized force. We’ve climbed the high-rises and stood under the 500-ton lifts because we know exactly what’s at stake when a part fails or a spec is ignored.

Today, our footprint is larger, but our footprint hasn't changed. We remain a firm that values the calloused hand as much as the certified stamp. We’re here because we outworked the competition to earn the right to protect your crew. Our past is written in the rigging of the skyline; our future is ensuring every one of those lines holds.

Buck Hoist Elevator

Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive inspections strictly adhering to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.552, ANSI A10.4 (Personnel Hoists), and ANSI A10.5 (Material Hoists).

  • Mandatory Testing: Certified oversight of 3-month periodic tests and annual full-load drop tests.

  • Safety System Audits: Deep-dive verification of overspeed governors, broken-rope safeties, and emergency braking systems.

  • Mechanical & Structural Analysis: Detailed assessment of mast bolt torque, rack/pinion wear tolerances, tie-in integrity, and foundation stability.

  • Electrical Interlock Verification: Functional testing of car and landing door electromechanical interlocks and limit switches.

Tower Cranes

Pre-Erection Component Audit: Visual and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) of mast sections, jib members, and pins for cracks or corrosion before they leave the ground.

  • Post-Assembly/Post-Erection Inspection: Mandatory verification after every climb or jump to ensure plumb tolerance (1:500 ratio), bolt torque, and proper counterweight placement.

  • Annual Comprehensive Inspection: Full structural and mechanical teardown analysis, including slewing ring bolt integrity and hoist/trolley/swing drive functionality.

  • Operational Aid Testing: Calibration and testing of Load Moment Indicators (LMI), anti-two block devices, wind speed anemometers, and trolley travel limits.

  • Foundation & Static Verification: Inspection of the concrete pad or grillages, including anchor bolt tension and ground stability assessment.

Mobile Cranes

Rapid-Response Certification & Multi-Terrain Compliance We provide "Qualified Person" inspections for all mobile configurations: Hydraulic Rough Terrain (RT), All-Terrain (AT), Crawler Lattice, and Boom Trucks. Our services focus on the critical intersection of automotive reliability and lifting precision.

  • Annual Comprehensive Inspection (1926.1412(f)): A total system teardown including structural members (boom, jib), sheaves/drums, and brake/clutch linings.

  • Structural NDT: Magnetic particle and ultrasonic testing of boom welds, telescopic section wear pads, and high-stress points on the carrier frame.

  • Stability & Outrigger Audit: Verification of outrigger beam extension sensors, check valves, and pad/float integrity.

  • Load Moment Indicator (LMI) Calibration: Testing and calibration of the RCI/LMI against known weights to ensure the computer’s geometry and weight calculations are 100% accurate.

  • Wire Rope & Rigging Analysis: Detailed inspection of hoist ropes for bird-caging, kinking, or diameter reduction per 1926.1413.
